Things you should know about me: I am passionate about design, aesthetic, and creating solutions which have tangible impact. I am in the field of design strategy to help answer the, “why?” and elevate design within organizations. From ideation to implementation, my role as a design strategist is to lead teams through research, innovation and design processes.

Research + strategy — design research, product innovation, qualitative and quantitative research methodologies including: ethnography, contextual interviews, surveys, heuristic reviews, concept testing, trend research, and usability validation. Share insights using personas, design principles, scenarios, frameworks, etc. 

Design + creative direction — experience design, brand strategy, project management, sketch and develop concepts, facilitate ideation sessions, visualize frameworks and insights, create user-centered scenarios, storyboards, user flow diagrams, wireframes, low and hi-fidelity prototypes, etc.
